About Shoreham Village School

Shoreham Village School is situated in the heart of the Darenth Valley in North West Kent. The school has played an important part within the life of Shoreham Village and the local community since 1841. We are very much a family with a caring ethos, strong ambitions for every one of our pupils and high standards of behaviour and achievement.

"Wonderful school with a caring ethos"

I have been impressed with the school's values and the way they have supported my child's progress. The facilities are excellent and the staff are always friendly and approachable. I feel so lucky to have my child at Shoreham Village School!

"Some positives, but room for improvement"

My child has settled well at Shoreham Village School and the teachers seem to be doing a good job. However, I think the school could do more to engage with parents and provide clearer communication about what's going on. Overall, it's a good school, but there's potential for improvement.

"A great school with plenty of opportunities"

My child has thrived at Shoreham Village School. The mixed-age classes are a great way to learn and the teachers are always encouraging. The school's focus on sporting and musical activities has helped my child develop new skills and interests.

"A fantastic school that prepares children well"

I have nothing but praise for Shoreham Village School. The school's Ofsted rating is well-deserved and the facilities are excellent. My child was well-prepared for secondary school and I credit Shoreham Village School with helping them develop a love of learning.
