About Staithes, Seton Community Primary School
Our school is a lively, happy and exciting place to learn for around 80 pupils who are taught across 3 classes. We are proud to call ourselves a `Learning Community' where everyone, including staff and governors, recognise and embrace our role as learners.

"A wonderful learning community!"
We've been so impressed with Seton Community Primary School since our child started. The 'Learning Community' values really shine through in the way the teachers and staff interact with the children. The Cornerstones Curriculum is engaging and imaginative, and our child loves coming home to tell us about their day. Highly recommended!

"Excellent school, excellent staff!"
Seton Community Primary School is an outstanding school with a fantastic team of staff. Our child has thrived since joining the school, and we're grateful for the opportunities they've had to participate in the extracurricular activities and projects. The headteacher's welcome on the website really gives a sense of the school's commitment to community and excellence.

"A fantastic start to our child's educational journey"
Seton Community Primary School has been an excellent choice for our child's first year of school. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the school's focus on community and excellence is really evident. We love the 'Hot Choc Fridays' and the way the school celebrates special occasions. Highly recommended!

"A good school, but some room for improvement"
We were happy with Seton Community Primary School when our child was there, but we did feel that the curriculum could be more challenging at times. The teachers were always supportive, but sometimes communication with parents could be better. That being said, we're grateful for the education our child received and the memories they made. Would recommend.
