About The Primrose Centre

The Primrose Centre is a short stay provision (Pupil Referral Unit) for primary aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our specialist staff work closely with pupils, parents and schools to ensure children are able to access a broad and balanced curriculum; whilst still receiving social and emotional support.

"Best school for our child"

We are so grateful to have our child at The Primrose Centre. The staff are caring and supportive, and the values they teach are wonderful. My child's confidence has grown so much since starting here, and we feel so supported as a family.

"Good experience, but some room for improvement"

We had a good experience at The Primrose Centre with our child. The support they received for their mental health was excellent, but sometimes the communication with the school could be better. Overall, we're grateful for the progress our child made.

"Great progress and facilities"

Our child has made fantastic progress since starting at The Primrose Centre. The facilities are great, especially the new library, and the staff are always available to talk to. We're really happy with the way our child is being supported.
