Thurcroft Infant School

Other family’s should know not to send their children to this school while my child were there I watched a teacher scream at children that were only 5 treating them as if they was in military camp my child came home one day with a big lump and bruise on her head her coat was ripped all down the back nobody knew how any of it happened

My child also held her bladder all day because she was kept in from playtime at just 4 years old because she was struggling with her work and didn’t do it they seen it as bad behaviour the head teacher told her to stay stood at the door in reception and not move she desperately needed the toilet but no teacher in site to ask she didn’t want to just go to avoid getting in trouble

My daughter has had a fantastic first year at Thurcroft Infant School. The staff are kind, caring and dedicated. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast club is a great option for working parents like me.

We are really impressed with the progress our son has made since joining the school. The head teacher and staff are approachable and responsive to our concerns. The after-school clubs are a great value and our son loves going to dance and science classes.

My son had a good experience at Thurcroft Infant School, but we did encounter some difficulties with communication and organization. The facilities are lovely and the staff are generally friendly. However, I feel that the school could benefit from some improvements to their systems and processes.
