The Royal Liberty School is a small comprehensive, 11-16 school for boys, located in Gidea Park. The school has a very rich history and we celebrated the school's centennial in 2021. We place a great importance on our supportive and caring ethos; we firmly believe that all students thrive and achieve academic success when they feel safe, happy and confident.

"Excellent School for My Son"

I am thoroughly impressed with Royal Liberty School. The facilities are fantastic, and my son has thrived in the supportive and caring environment. The school's values of being aspirational, confident, independent, resilient, and respectful really shine through in the students and staff. I would highly recommend it to any parent.

"Mixed Feelings"

I have mixed feelings about Royal Liberty School. The school's efforts to provide a broad and balanced curriculum are commendable, and my son enjoys the extra-curricular activities. However, I feel that the school could do more to engage with parents and keep them informed about their child's progress. Overall, it's an okay school, but there's room for improvement.

"A Truly Special School"

I have two sons who attended Royal Liberty School, and I can honestly say it's a truly special place. The school's commitment to inclusion and equality is outstanding, and the staff go above and beyond to support each student's individual needs. My sons achieved excellent grades and developed valuable life skills that they will carry with them forever.
