"A few hiccups, but overall a good experience"

We chose Merchant Taylors' Prep for our son because of its strong academic reputation and its commitment to providing a well-rounded education. While we've been pleased with the teaching and the facilities, we've had a few issues with communication and with the school's policies. Overall, we're grateful for the experience, but we feel that there's room for improvement.
