Solent Junior School

My son attended Solent Junior School a few years ago and we were thoroughly impressed with the education he received and the facilities on offer. The sports facilities are outstanding and the football trials have really helped him develop his skills. We would highly recommend Solent Junior School to any parent looking for a great education for their children.

We have been so happy with Solent Junior School, my daughter is in Year 4 and loves her time at school. The Christmas party day was a highlight for her, she had an amazing time and we were impressed with how the staff managed the event. We have also appreciated the WW2 activity days at Fort Nelson, our daughter has learned so much and it's great to see her developing an interest in history.

Overall, we have been satisfied with Solent Junior School, my son is in Year 5 and has been happy with his classes. However, we have noticed that the communication from the school could be better, we often have to contact the school to find out what's going on. Additionally, the school lunches are not the best, our son tends to bring a packed lunch from home. That being said, we appreciate the school's values and the efforts of the staff to make the school a welcoming place for all children.
