Preston Bridge School is an independent day and special school that provides individualised and tailored programmes of studies. We specialise in supporting students with a range of learning needs, including social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, attachment related and associated behaviours that challenge. Our approach is centred around well-being and skills for independence.

"Life changing for our daughter"

We were a bit apprehensive about transferring our daughter from her previous school, but Preston Bridge School has exceeded all our expectations. The staff are supportive, the facilities are excellent and the project-based learning approach has really helped our daughter to develop her skills and confidence. We're so grateful to have found this school.

"Some positives, but also some concerns"

We've been at Preston Bridge School for about a year now and have seen some positive changes in our child. The school's emphasis on well-being and skills for independence is really helpful and the staff are generally supportive. However, we've had some issues with consistency and communication, which has led to some frustration. We're hoping that these issues will be addressed soon.

"Great experience for our son"

Our son attended Preston Bridge School for two years and had a wonderful experience. The school's values of creativity and individuality really resonated with him and he loved the hands-on approach to learning. The staff were always available to support him and he made some great friends. We were sad to leave the school, but feel that it prepared him well for his next steps.
