"A nurturing community for our child to thrive"

We are absolutely delighted with Downe Primary School. The staff are kind, caring and go above and beyond to ensure our child feels supported and happy. The facilities are excellent and we love the emphasis on inclusivity and diversity.

"Mixed feelings about Downe Primary"

We were initially impressed with Downe Primary's website and ethos, but our experience as parents has been a bit more mixed. Some of the teachers are wonderful, but others seem a bit disorganised and lack clear communication with parents. We're hoping it's just teething issues and things will improve as our child settles in.

"A hidden gem in Orpington"

We were a bit hesitant about moving to Orpington, but Downe Primary has been a revelation. The school's values of kindness, respect and open communication really shine through in the way the staff interact with the children and with parents. Our child loves attending and we feel very lucky to be part of this community.

"Downe Primary helped our child flourish"

We had the pleasure of sending our child to Downe Primary for two years and can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. The school's commitment to individuality and creativity really stood out for us and we saw our child blossom under the care of the dedicated staff.
