About Exbourne Church of England Primary School
Exbourne Church of England Primary School is a small village school on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and close to the market town of Okehampton. We aim to foster excellent relationships with parents and the local community and to provide a broad and balanced education that meets the needs of every child. Our work is underpinned by our Christian distinctiveness and seeks to grow each child spiritually, socially, emotionally and through quality teaching.

"Excellent education with a heart of gold"
I am so grateful to have found Exbourne Primary School for my children. Their values of kindness, empathy, and respect for others really shine through in their daily interactions. The teachers and staff are warm and welcoming, and my child is thriving academically and socially. Highly recommend!

"A great school with some areas for improvement"
We have been pleased with our child's experience at Exbourne Primary School overall. The teachers are dedicated and the facilities are excellent. However, we have noticed that class sizes can be quite large, which sometimes makes it difficult for our child to get individual attention. That being said, we feel that the school is making efforts to improve and we are hopeful for the future.

"A warm and welcoming community"
Exbourne Primary School has been an absolute delight for our family. From the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome and included. The staff are friendly and approachable, and our child is thriving in their Reception class. We feel so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community.

"A truly special school that exceeded our expectations"
As a former parent, I can confidently say that Exbourne Primary School exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outstanding facilities to the exceptional staff, our child had a truly magical experience. The school's commitment to its Christian values and community outreach programs is truly inspiring. We feel so lucky to have had our child attend Exbourne.
