St John’s is a friendly and inclusive, Church of England primary school for children aged 4-11 years. We provide a caring and stimulating environment in which pupils and staff are happy, successful and prepared for life as a citizen of modern Britain. We encourage positive social skills, self-respect and a caring attitude towards all others in the school and wider community.

"Our wonderful experience at St John's"

We've had two children attend St John's and we couldn't be happier with the school. The caring and stimulating environment has helped them thrive and grow into confident young people. We love the emphasis on Christian values and the strong links with the local parish church.

"A lovely school community"

We've been so impressed with the school's welcoming atmosphere and the way the staff work together to support the children. My daughter loves the school's emphasis on 'Being the BEST' and the way the teachers encourage her to try her best.

"A mixed experience"

We've had a bit of a mixed experience at St John's. While the staff are all very friendly and the facilities are great, we've struggled with the communication between teachers and parents. I feel like they could do more to keep us updated on our child's progress.

"A great start to education"

My son attended St John's for five years and had a fantastic time. The facilities are amazing and the staff are all so supportive. The school's motto 'Believe, Endeavour, Succeed, Together' really resonates with me as a parent.
