About Farnborough Spencer Academy

Farnborough Spencer Academy is an exciting place to be. The academy opened in September 2014 and officially became part of the Spencer Academies Trust in October 2018. We are very proud of our bespoke careers work and we were one of the first secondary academies in the country to be awarded the gold careers mark and recognised as meeting all Gatsby benchmarks in 2019.

"Excellent Education, Excellent Values"

My child has been at Farnborough Spencer Academy for 2 years now and I'm so impressed with the education they've received. The school's focus on careers and community is exactly what I want for my child. The facilities are also top-notch.

"Happy with Progress, Some Concerns"

My child has made great progress since starting at Farnborough Spencer Academy. The teachers are supportive and the school's values align with ours. However, I'm a bit concerned about the workload and some of the extracurricular activities.

"Great School, but Could Improve"

I have a child who attended Farnborough Spencer Academy from 2018 to 2020. Overall, I was very happy with their education and the school's focus on careers and community. However, I think the school could improve its communication with parents and some of the facilities could be better.
