"HORRIFIC SCHOOL, DANGER FOR ALL CHILDREN."

DO NOT SEND YOU’RE CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL !!!
TEACHERS ARE BULLIES ASWELL AS THE SCHOOL KIDS ESPECIALLY TO CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES!

My poor family member has server learning difficulties and autism. Not once has she had support and no laptop that was promised in year 7 she is now in year 9.

Let me break down for you. I’m going to start with the teachers and school it’s self;

Bullying from teachers; My family member is unable to understand at the same level as her peers. She has anxiety and break downs, especially when it comes to maths. After countless of arguments with the school they still give her tests and put her on the spot, try to intimidate her and embarrass her. She has cried on to the phone to both me and her mother, and we have heard teachers screaming and threatening to drag her out the bathroom particularly a male teacher… everyday we have to deal with either a student or teacher picking on her and it is disgusting.

Not only has this made her learning worse as she does not want to learn now because of this horrendous experience but has knocked her confidence down massively. She feels like she has been made out to be stupid and can’t do things like other students.

It has now come to the point of safety for HER, students in her year BOTH MALE AND FEMALE have been mean about her weight, how she speaks and looks because of her learning difficulties and has been happening for along time that the school know about. My sister has kept quiet about it but we have found out that students have been CONVINCING HER TO HARM AND END HER LIFE !!!! we then found out that one of the boys has posted her address online threatening to come to her house and attack us with weapons, they said they will get her at school. It’s a known fact that students carry KNIVES AND WEAPONS at the school. (I HAVE SEEN PICTURES, MESSAGED AND WITNESSED PHONED CALLS). THEY CONTINUE TO HAVE TROUBLED STUDENTS THERE SO THEY CAN HAVE MORE MONEY !!!! ALL ABOUT MONEY AND A FAKE MASK FOR OFSTED. DO NOT BE FOOLED !!!

THEY DO NOT PUNISH THESE BULLIES BUT PUNISH HER BECAUSE SHE HAS PANIC ATTACKS AND CANT PHYSICALLY DO HER HOMEWORK WITHOUT SUPPORT !!!!!

TO THE HEADTEACHER SORT YOUR SCHOOL OUT FOCUS ON MENTAL HEALTH AND THE SAFTEY OF YOUR STUDENTS AND NOT ONLY HELP VULNERABLE CHILDREN BUT EVEN TROUBLED KIDS NEED HELP !! AND ALSO HIRE TEACHERS WHO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CHILDREN IN GENERAL AND WITH DISABILITIES. THEN YOU CAN FOCUS ON YOUR MONEY, GRADES AND SATUS.

THIS IS NOT EVEN HALF OF IT THERE IS SO MUCH MORE, I KNOW QUITE A FEW STUDENTS WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS, PLEASE AVOID.

"DON'T COME TO THIS SCHOOL"

Year 7 going to year 8 student
I don't know how this school is still up, for all of my year 7 journey I have been bullied and when teacher had said they sorted it out it never happened. This school is already making me Insane let alone the teachers care (I had council for a bit and my teacher wouldn't give me a break for not know what went on).I'm fearing the worst next year.

"don't send your kids to Langley school"

Langley school r ridiculous because they are sexualising young teenage girl by telling them having their socks over the knee is inappropriate and gives the wrong attention to male teachers and students another one of their silly rules is do not tuck your jumpers into SKIRTS. they also don't care about students mental wellbeing only if their skirts are rolled up. teachers are constantly rude and offensive and petty and don't care about students . teachers constantly phone parents over silly things such as to much make up or jewellery but ignore actual problems like bullying and mental health

"current student"

first of all do not send your child there if you dont want them suffering with several mental health issues.i am a current student at this school, there is no acceptance for lgbtq+ or people with disabilities.costantly i recieve bullying and name calling and also physical abuse from students.(name calling from teachers) i was threatened to be stabbed just for my sexuality. The rules are ridiculously strict as we are not allowed to go to the toilet in lessons but only at break and lunch but guess what?!? they keep them locked and refuse to let you in.
the food is horrible and unsanitary:mouldy burger buns, undercooked chicken, rock hard food that breaks your teeth(literally)
and also racist and homophobic teachers who abuse their power towards us.And we have no way to express our feeling without being told we are out of order.ALSO,none of the bad kids are ever punished they just get used to them .for example one girl i knew didnt come to school for months and the school said ‘we will pay for you alton towers trip if you come to school’ how id that fair for the rest of us we have been in school the whole time and we actually worked hard to get a rewards trip but people just get it for no reason.they give out unfair privileges for literally no reason. and finally please do not send your child to this school !!!!

"Don’t get a big mortgage for your kids to land there."

I had three children assisting to this school at the same time in different year groups and I can’t recommend this school AT ALL, the teachers can be absolutely irresponsible . They would avoid to mention or call when your kids have been submitted to any sort of abuse or problems because they don’t want a bad rate in ofsted, there’s a massive culture of bullying, vaping and drug abuse that the school keeps ignoring. If your child gets assaulted, they will come back with words of reassurance that the school will do something and then come out not doing anything (even if you keep chasing them via email or phone). I would definitely not change my post code to send my kids to this school. Teachers avoid teaching certain year groups because children are way too disruptive and no one has the authority to put order. Very bad school, avoid at all costs. Glad my kids are out.

"Our wonderful experience at Langley School"

We have been delighted with our experience at Langley School, particularly the excellent pastoral care and support for our child. The facilities are first-rate, and the values of kindness, compassion and hard work are evident throughout the school. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a special community.

"Egotistical staff"

The school staff feel the need to make you hate them they honestly get bored if the students don’t and make unnecessary decisions. The uniform as well, why would I wear grey trousers with black shoes and a black blazer. Its like wearing a suit thats yellow blazer , green trousers and orange shoes. Teachers will literally neglect the suffering they cause you. No student will not hate a member of staff at least five times. The staff envy when your doing well and put off your mood.

"Leaver of 2020"

worst school i’ve ever been too, i had to move in my last year because the school couldn’t deal with kids bullying other kids and this was during my GCSEs it was that bad i couldn’t stay. They can’t deal with any big problem all they care about is uniform and being accepted as a cool teacher by all the students. Never go here literally go anywhere else, school has left me with nothing but bad thoughts and mental health problems, wish i could rate this school in the minuses, left me scarred for life. They don’t care about you at all not anything about your well being, moved school and forgot what it felt like to meet nice kids and have caring teachers so that was a shock!! Hate it please don’t go there for ur own sake and own mental health :)

"A fantastic school with a strong sense of community"

Langley School has been a wonderful choice for our child, who has made many happy memories and developed a love of learning. We've been impressed by the school's commitment to kindness and inclusivity, and the facilities are first-rate. Our only slight disappointment has been the lack of opportunities for parent volunteers, but overall we're extremely pleased.

"Don’t go to Langley - from an ex 2020 student "

First off, do not get fooled by Langleys catfished website. The school is definitely not the best. The students AND teachers definitely not the “best they can be” (from the website). Teachers spend half the lessons telling children off leaving the good students missing out on education. Bullying is never dealt with because there’s more important things to deal with apparently. Teachers threaten children if they don’t listen (not harsh but still not acceptable). The building itself looks like a jail block, needs a lot of work doing. Many teachers had left Langley -what I have heard of- for new better jobs. At breaks and lunch the main gate is sometimes opens which is a dangerous hazard for children as they can run out. The old head teacher, Mr Talbot who has unfortunately retired was a much better head teacher than the current head teacher, Mrs******. The school however does have decent break time and lunch time food/snacks and amazing sport facilities and a great drama theatre. Over all from me being an ex student from 2020, the schools not the best place, I don’t recommend it. Thank you for reading if you actually read up to here.

"Student "

Some teachers just don’t seem like teachers since they can’t handle some classes which makes students education disrupted making them learn nothing. Teachers also can’t deal with students issues (friendships, relationships, even family). They always say to us students to go to them if we need help or have a problem, so we do, and they listen to us and all they say is “just ignore them” “try your best and be positive” “I’ll have a word with mum” “okay, but what can school do?”. These are the only phrases you will hear from the staff at Langley because they DONT know how to handle students problems but still ask us students to tell them our problems. Basically Langley is a waste of time :)

"Please don’t go here"

As I was once a student here I cannot recommendation this school at all.
The first reason is the amount of students that go here and ruin it for everyone else no one has any respect for property.
The second reason. If there were issues with students nothing would really be done about it. Don’t get me wrong if it was serious enough and happened enough times it was dealt with. But they should have been dealt with sooner and have harsher punishments. Take me for example. I was assaulted and the other student only got isolation for a day.

"A great school with some excellent features"

We have very fond memories of our time at Langley School. Our children thrived in the well-structured and supportive environment, and we were impressed by the range of extracurricular opportunities available. However, we did sometimes feel that the school could be more communicative about its plans and decisions.
