About Farndon Fields Primary School

Farndon Fields is a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Market Harborough and is part of the Discovery Schools Academy Trust. It is the aim of the team at Farndon Fields to ensure that all our children are happy and enjoy their time at school. We promote a nurturing, safe environment where every child has the potential to do their very best and be recognised for all their achievements.

"Farndon Fields has exceeded our expectations!"

My child has settled so quickly at Farndon Fields Primary School. The staff are warm, welcoming, and supportive. I love the focus on creativity and imaginative play in the Early Years Foundation classes. The facilities are excellent too!

"Engaging curriculum and supportive staff"

My child has really thrived at Farndon Fields Primary School. The staff are always available to offer support and guidance, and the curriculum is engaging and relevant to the children's lives. I've been impressed by the links with the local community and the opportunities provided for the children to learn and explore.

"Mixed experience"

My child is still adjusting to school life at Farndon Fields Primary School. While the facilities are modern and well-equipped, I've experienced some communication issues with the staff. However, the headteacher, Ms Harrison, is approachable and responsive to concerns. I'm hoping that things will improve as we settle in.

"Nurturing environment"

My child attended Farndon Fields a few years ago, and I was impressed by the school's commitment to nurturing the children. The outdoor play facility is fantastic, and the staff go the extra mile to ensure the children feel safe and happy. We're grateful for the memories made here.
