Manston St James is a two form entry primary school located in East Leeds. Founded over 150 years ago and recently joining Abbey Multi Academy Trust, the school has a very good reputation and is a popular choice with parents. As a Church of England school we mirror the church’s vision for an education which promotes ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10).

"A Wonderful School Experience"

I'm thoroughly impressed with the facilities at Manston St James Primary Academy. My child loves attending school and the values that the school promotes are truly inspiring. The teachers are always friendly and approachable, and the school's commitment to eco-friendliness is great to see. Highly recommend!

"Some Positive and Some Negative"

We moved to a new area recently and my child had to leave Manston St James Primary Academy behind. While we were happy with the school overall, there were a few issues with communication and organization that we experienced. However, the school's facilities and values were a highlight, and the teachers were always supportive.

"An Outstanding Education"

Manston St James Primary Academy has exceeded all my expectations. The curriculum is engaging and well-structured, and the teachers are passionate about their subjects. My child has thrived in their care and has made some wonderful friends. The school's commitment to spiritual development is also a highlight.
