Cononley Primary School is situated in the village of Cononley, about two miles from the market town of Skipton. Our school is at the centre of a vibrant community and plays an active role in village life. We have strong links with other local schools in the surrounding villages and in Skipton.

"Fantastic School - Cononley Primary"

We have been part of the Cononley Primary School community for the past 3 years and have been thoroughly impressed with the facilities, staff and values instilled in our child. From the outdoor playground to the music lessons, our child has loved every minute of it! We couldn't be happier with the education they're receiving.

"A good school with some areas for improvement"

We've been at Cononley Primary for a few years now and whilst we're generally pleased with the education our child is receiving, we do feel that the PE and Sport Premium could be better utilised. The school's online safety policies and procedures are also something that we feel could be more clearly communicated to parents.

"Wonderful experience for our child"

We moved to a new area and our child had to start at Cononley Primary mid-school year. The staff and other children were so welcoming and helped our child settle in very quickly. We were impressed with the curriculum and the focus on British Values, which we feel has made our child a more confident and thoughtful individual.
