Henshaw Church of England Primary School

We've been part of the Henshaw community for a few years now and we couldn't be happier. The school's focus on values such as kindness, humility, and respect really shines through in the way the children interact with each other and with staff. The wrap-around care has been a game-changer for us, allowing us to drop our child off as early as 7:30am and collect them until 6pm.

My child has been at Henshaw for two years now and we've seen them thrive. The school's commitment to mental health and wellbeing is impressive, with activities like Walk and Talk on Tuesdays being a great way to promote calm and focus. However, we've experienced some issues with communication from the school office, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, we're happy with our choice of school.

We moved our child to Henshaw from a larger school in the city and have been impressed by the personal attention and tailored learning approach. The school's curriculum is well-structured and engaging, with a great emphasis on creativity and outdoor learning. While we had some initial teething problems with the school's technology systems, the staff have been very supportive and responsive.
