"Transformed our child's education experience"

We were blown away by the staff's enthusiasm and dedication to helping our child overcome their anxiety. The PACE model has been a game-changer. We've seen a significant improvement in their confidence and self-esteem.

"Supportive and understanding environment"

Our child has thrived at GEM Hereford. The staff are always willing to listen and help. The emphasis on emotional regulation and self-care has been a huge benefit. We feel like our child is finally getting the support they need.

"Flexible approach to learning"

We appreciate GEM Hereford's flexible approach to learning. Allowing students to choose when and where to complete homework has taken a huge burden off our shoulders. However, we do wish there were more opportunities for parental involvement.

"Mixed experience"

We had a mixed experience at GEM Hereford. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, but the lack of structure and clear expectations sometimes made it difficult for our child to stay on track. We ultimately decided to move our child to a different school.
