"A mixed experience so far"

We're generally happy with Shiplake, but we've had some issues with communication from the school. The facilities are great, and our son loves the outdoor education program. However, we're still getting used to the boarding system and the occasional disruptions it causes.

"Shiplake helped our son thrive"

We were impressed by the school's pastoral care and the supportive relationships our son formed with his teachers. Although he's now at university, we still hear about the fantastic opportunities he had through the Duke of Edinburgh award and Combined Cadet Force.
