Ark Alexandra Academy is a secondary school offering a great education for local children in Hastings. We are a mobile phone free school since September 2024. Our vision is for every child at Ark Alexandra to fulfil their potential and be set up for success when they move on to university.

"Excellent education and pastoral care"
I'm thoroughly impressed with the education and pastoral care my child has received at Ark Alexandra Academy. The school's mobile phone free policy has been very beneficial for their focus and engagement in class. The teachers and staff are always available to support my child's needs, and I appreciate the regular updates they receive through the Parent System.

"Great extracurricular opportunities"
My child has thrived at Ark Alexandra Academy, particularly in the extracurricular activities they've joined. The school's digital resources and Chromebooks have been a huge help in their learning, and I appreciate the emphasis on mental health and wellbeing. However, I do wish there were more opportunities for parent involvement and communication with teachers.

"Some positives and negatives"
I have mixed feelings about our experience at Ark Alexandra Academy. On the one hand, my child received a good education and made some great friends. On the other hand, I found the school's communication and organisation to be a bit lacking at times. While I appreciate the school's values and commitment to its students, I wish there were more opportunities for feedback and improvement.
