Pierview Academy is an Independent Special Needs School for young people aged between 11 and 25 with an Education Health Care Plan. We offer small classes or one to one learning where the curriculum is tailored to the needs of the individual.

"Exceptional Care and Education"

Pier View Academy has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are exceptional, providing individualized attention and care to each child. My son loves the hands-on activities in the vocational suite and art studio, and his grades have improved dramatically. We feel confident that he's in the right place.

"Amazing Support for Our Son"

My son has been at Pier View Academy for two years now, and we've seen a significant improvement in his confidence and academic performance. The staff are dedicated, caring, and truly understand the needs of children with special educational needs. The vocational suite and art studio have been a game-changer for his interests and skills.

"Mixed Experience"

While we've seen some progress with our son's learning, we've had some challenges with communication between the school and us. However, the staff have been working hard to address our concerns, and we appreciate their efforts. The Foundation Learning Curriculum seems to be benefiting him, and he enjoys the NASA space for one-to-one support.

"Holistic Approach to Learning"

We were blown away by the holistic approach to learning at Pier View Academy. The small class sizes and one-to-one learning allowed our daughter to thrive in a way she never had before in mainstream school. The values of building routines, relationships, respect, and trust are deeply ingrained, and we're grateful for the foundation they've laid for her future.
