At Hornbeam Primary School we believe in promoting and developing a love of life-long learning. "A great foundation for future success"

Both of our children went through Hornbeam Primary and really thrived. They developed a love of learning and made lifelong friendships. While we had some ups and downs along the way, the school always supported us and helped us navigate any challenges.

"A wonderful school community"

We've had a fantastic time at Hornbeam Primary. The whole school meals program is a highlight for us - our child loves the variety and healthy options. The 'Ready, Respectful, Resilient and Safe' values really shine through in everything they do.

"Excellent play and learning opportunities"

The Phonics Presentation was incredibly helpful for us as parents. We've also been blown away by the Wombles of Walmer performance - it was such a treat! Our child loves coming to school and can't wait to see what other adventures they have.

"Some inconsistencies, but generally happy"

We've had a mostly positive experience at Hornbeam. Our child loves their teachers and enjoys the school's inclusive atmosphere. However, we've had some issues with communication and consistency from time to time. Hoping these will be ironed out as we move forward.
