"Excellent school and community!"

I've been impressed with the facilities and programs on offer at JRCS. My child has thrived in the supportive environment and the values of respect, responsibility and resilience are clear. We're so proud to be part of the JRCS community!

"Absolutely terrible"

My child suffered at the hands of this school. Leadership was terrible and did not understand my child who has mental health issues. I wish I never allowed my child to attend this school.

"Outstanding school with a wonderful ethos"

I have nothing but praise for JRCS, where my child graduated several years ago. The school's commitment to academic excellence and character development is inspiring, and the safeguarding team's dedication to students' well-being is reassuring. Well done, JRCS!

"Jo Richardson is not the school to send your kids "

I’m a student at jo and I’m in my last year and from year 7 to year 11 all the teachers have picked on me and always put me in exclusion when it hasn’t been my fault and I got sexually assaulted in the school and they said the cameras where blurry and didn’t do anything about it and then I got jumped by a boy and they took away his break time for 2 weeks straight and he still making threading messages and they still haven’t done anything and when I got jumped by the boy he nearly broke my ankle and nothing still didn’t happen and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to go to school and scared to walk around school by myself . And now when you want to go to the toilet during lesson they make a member of staff take you to the toilet

"A good, but not perfect, school"

Our experience at JRCS has been mixed. While my child enjoys the school's arts programs and the teachers are generally supportive, we've had some issues with communication and organisation. However, the school's values and community feel are definitely strengths.

"Jo Richardson is ok"

It ok. But the school is not the best. The teachers are petty and hand out detentions for no reason. It’s crowded during lesson transition time to the point where students fall and or trip over.
