"edgbarrow school is horrible dont go there!"

In a really bad school, the environment can feel incredibly heavy and discouraging. The teachers often seem indifferent, showing little interest in their students' well-being or academic progress. Instead of feeling supported, students might find themselves feeling ignored and alone, leading to a sense of hopelessness. The classrooms may lack energy and positivity, making it hard to focus or feel motivated. This kind of atmosphere can weigh heavily on students, contributing to feelings of depression and making school a place they dread rather than a place to learn and grow.

"Bad for advice from head of year"

The reason I’ve put bad is because I had a problem so I went to the head of year and ended up being called a coward

Don’t come here unless they sort this out

My son has been at Edgbarrow School for three years now and I'm thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the values they're teaching. The school has a great atmosphere and the teachers are always approachable. I'm so grateful to have found this school for my child.

"Outstanding education and values"

My daughter graduated from Edgbarrow School last year and we're still seeing the positive impact it had on her education and character. The school's emphasis on Ready, Respectful, Safe and Positive values really resonated with us and helped shape her into a confident and compassionate young person. We highly recommend Edgbarrow School to any parent looking for a top-notch education.

"Mixed feelings about the school"

We've only just started our journey with Edgbarrow School, but so far we're having mixed feelings. The facilities are great and the teachers seem lovely, but we're finding it a bit challenging to keep our son engaged with the curriculum. Maybe it's just a case of getting used to the school's style, but we're keeping an open mind and hoping things will improve.

"i hate it"

aside from not learning anything due to the the teachers caring more about you having an ear piercing than your actual school work, they say they care about mental health but when it comes down to it they don’t do anything at all. it’s extremely sexist, most teachers are racist and the male teachers are always making the younger girls uncomfortable. despite having hand sanitiser out, a lot of teachers especially in the pe department seem to have forgotten about the pandemic and have been coming into close contact with students whilst not wearing masks.

"ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH"

Only cares about grades not the students my mental health is bad and I get little help from my head of year Mrs Cooper so would not recommend this school if you struggle with school because they are rubbish the student support staff are lovely but it’s hard to get referred to them for help if you are really struggling but don’t know how to put how they feel into words
