"Good School with Some Room for Improvement"

We've had a mixed experience at Howden-le-Wear Primary School. The headteacher is very welcoming and the school has a great atmosphere. However, we've noticed that the school could do more to engage with parents and involve us in our children's learning. Overall, it's a good school but could be better.
