"Terrible experience"

The school honestly doesn't give one about you. You report stuff? They'll maybe address it once but never do much or even anything at all.
Majority of my worst life events are caused by this place and I wish it on no one. The only way you could even have a decent experience here is if you're quite popular among other students and teachers, if you weren't like me, you're having a horrible time and trying everything you can to hopefully skip school even for one day.
Very rarely you have nice teachers, I can count on one hand how many I had.
Depending on how academically successful you are, what you learn in classes varies. If you're in higher sets you might actually learn something but if you're in bottom sets then they literally don't do anything to learn and if they do they spend about 5 minutes doing so and messing around the rest of the hour.
People just casually vaping or doing drugs in school amongst other pupils basically out in the open is crazy, from experience I've literally watched people take edibles in front of me in class and have watched multiple people just vaping in the halls or even in class and have even watched someone smoking a blunt the second they left the school building, still on school grounds.
Theres been a load of racist people and even just straight up discriminatory people throughout the time I've been there and when reported teachers don't do Anything, trust me I've tried.
All the halls are disgusting I'm not even joking, I joined the school during COVID in 2020 and there was hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. I'm telling you now that those things were not cleaned or taken off the wall until Year 9/10 at Least. Sorry for being graphic but there was some that literally had dead bugs in it, not to mention how bad they smelled.
I don't really have school meals but I do recall my friends getting mouldy grapes on several occasions, even heard other people experiencing the same thing so it's not just a one-off thing.

And then what everyone else has said really about uniform things. Absolutely mental how not having a blazer on will effect my education and god forbid my top button in undone or my shirts untucked oh nooo.

But yeah, don't send your child here unless it's a last resort, thank you :)

"Kingswood is a nightmare "

Teachers are so degrading, they bring us down for things that aren't our fault and they care about uniforms more than the education

"Degrading teachers"

Teachers degrade students constantly for things that they can’t control. For example we get screamed at for having a break down and wanting some comfort when its there fault this happened in the beginning. Do not bring your kids here trust me

"Teachers 🀒🀒"

The teachers spend more time worrying if you have a blazer on the second you walk in to door than actually teaching us things.

"Some Strengths but Room for Improvement"

We had a mixed experience at Kingswood Secondary Academy, with some excellent teachers and facilities. However, we felt that the school's communication with parents could be better, and there were some inconsistencies in the curriculum.
