Cann Hall Primary School is a two-form entry school in Clacton-on-Sea, catering for children from 4-11 years old. We are aspirational in our vision to provide an excellent education for all our pupils – summed up by our strapline: “Aiming High; Changing Lives”. We commit to doing our very best to ensure we give every child in our care a life-long passion for learning, enabling them to have the resilience to persevere when faced with any challenge.

"Excellent education and values"

We've been at Cann Hall for 3 years now and we're thoroughly impressed. The school's commitment to 'Aiming High; Changing Lives' really shines through in their daily approach. Our child has thrived in this nurturing environment, making great friends and developing a love for learning.

"Friendly and supportive community"

Cann Hall feels like a big happy family! The teachers are always available to chat, and the other parents are so welcoming. We love the range of after-school clubs and activities, which our child has really enjoyed.

"Some great aspects, but areas for improvement"

We were at Cann Hall for 5 years, so we've seen the school grow. The staff are lovely, and the facilities are great. However, during our time there, the attendance policy could have been more effective in encouraging all children to attend regularly.

"Excellent education and amazing facilities"

We're absolutely delighted with Cann Hall! The teachers are passionate and dedicated, and our child is making fantastic progress. We love the state-of-the-art classrooms and playground – it's clear that the school is committed to providing the best possible environment for learning.
