Acresfield Academy is a one form entry school serving the community of Upton, on the outskirts of Chester. We work very much at the heart of our community and have close working relationships with our parents and families. Our school is a happy place to learn and our children tell us very clearly they enjoy coming here each day.

"Loving our time at Acresfield!"

We are so grateful to be part of the Acresfield community! The school's values of kindness, respect and responsibility really shine through in the way the children are taught and supported. Our daughter loves her year 2 class and the teachers have been fantastic. We've been really impressed with the facilities too, especially the art room and playground. Highly recommend!

"Mixed feelings about Acresfield"

We've been at Acresfield for a year now and have mixed feelings. The staff are generally lovely and our child is happy, but we've found the communication from the school can be a bit inconsistent at times. We've also been impressed with the extra-curricular activities on offer and the facilities are great. Overall, it's a good school, but we feel it could be improved with more regular updates and better support for parents.

"Fantastic school"

Our children attended Acresfield from reception to year 6 and we couldn't be happier with the education and experiences they received. The staff are excellent and the values of the school really helped shape our children into kind and thoughtful young people. We're so grateful for our time at Acresfield and would highly recommend the school.
