Cannock Chase High School

The head teacher is delusional thinking that this is a good school. Students are only rewarded and praised if the head teacher likes the parents. Other children are excluded from any praise and achievement points. Staff are uncaring and the school has zero communication if you try and contact them. Especially senior management like the head and deputy head, I think they hope you will just go away! I hope the authorities start to listen to complaints.

I do not recommend this school at all, communication is zero even though the head teacher likes to say he is always contactable he doesn't respond to emails. My daughter has a serious health issue and we have had zero support from the school, even the local education authority said we have been failed by them. Now they are excluding my other child from awards etc even though they have achieved them. I will be sending an email to the head but I don't expect a reply so will be taking it further.

Absolutely abysmal. If your child has SEN forget any help from this school. They don’t adhere to the complaints process, actively discriminate against disability and do everything they can to manipulate their way out of compliance issues. As a parent of a sick child, the lack of support and provision PLUS the active and deliberate discrimination, obfuscation and blockading of the child’s rights to an education absolutely sicken me . Do NOT choose this school if you expect fair and equitable access to education and any form of reasonable dialogue or communication. OFSTED should inspect the complaints conduct.

My child as been as been bullied on
multiplications as left with her two teath broken and at to have them fixed, she refused to go into school because of the lack of trust she has in the school, she as told the school she doesn't feel safe what so ever, even a teacher member of staff as said to myself that they have failed in looking after children because the school so big that they their selves can not watch all children because they just don't have the staff to do so, the point my child as been followed home from by other students punch in the face pick on and all the school said was have called the police because if you have we as a school won't be able to help you in any way in fact they didn't help in way at all, for 2year I've tried to move my child out of the school and member of staff said bulling is a good reason on my you want your to leave the school, from year 8 to 11 child as had nothing but trouble from the school and the threatening behavior from the school it's self is a shamble threat to send me to prison because my child refusing to go to school you should be wanting children to come to your school not telling a child that they won't have a future because of mental health problems, my child never had no mental health problems until she went into year 8 because of this school she as now got more health problems

She never had nothing like this before until now, this school is and will always be a bully school the staff is just as bad
