"So far, amazing"

So far this school has been brilliant with handling our situation. My child has a very difficult background and has a lot of anxiety and attendance has been really poor; when the school called us to address this, the first thing they asked was ‘what can we do to help?’
They are still having to work within the council system, but the individuals at this school have been great so far, working with us well and very kind and understanding. It does help that we are good at working within the school system, we understand they have to tick their boxes, but they understand we need flexibility.

"School from Hell"

Absolutely awful school, 95% of the staff are incompetent and the only 5% that actually benefit any of the students and actually care end up leaving because of how terrible the school is! They’re completely incapable when it comes to dealing with special education needs students and students with mental health issues are left to suffer in silence until they end up doing something devastating and drastic. The school allows children to be relentlessly bullied and I myself was one of them students a few years back when I attended the school as a student, the school continuously sided with bullies and allowed it to get to a dangerous point and I had no support whatsoever. A staff member who was particularly awful was Jim Francis. Whilst I was a student at the school they hired a new PE teacher who they failed to DBS check and later got report that the new person they hired to replace the previous PE teacher was accused by multiple male students of being creepy and watching them change even after they had asked him to leave he continued to watch them and make them feel uncomfortable. Do NOT send your child here if you love and care about them, it will only have a negative impact on them and affect their mental health and well-being.

"Prison"

Terrible with supporting students with special needs. They will help some and not others. Teachers have no clue how to safeguard!

"shit hole"

absolutely pile of garbage, they have over 1 million worth of debt (they’ve made everyone aware) they don’t care about anything except the work which they don’t even provide prepped help and resources for, mental health doesn’t exist as far as they are aware, they over work students and even when students ask for help they basically tell the student to work it out themselves and shove it up their asses. As long as students pass they couldn’t care less, they suck at providing proper help for special need students and they turn the bullies into the victims and the victims into the students. they don’t do well with safeguarding, they don’t follow codes of conducts or procedures to ensure safety, the bathrooms can give diseases and infections they disgusting and never cleaned

"Terrible school "

Really bad the teachers don’t listen to anything good you have done all they care about is the bad things and there too busy trying to get people in trouble to notice anything and they don’t help you get better in class they don’t care about anything and the schools toilets are disgusting but at the moment they don’t let us fill our bottles up at school because on hygiene even though we’re all doing exams so people are filling there bottles up in the toilets which is 10 times worse they need to sort the school out

"Choose a different school"

Such a terrible school. The teachers are awful at dealing with mental health problems and don't care what you are going through as long as you do the work that they don't help you with. They make me want to kill myself everyday I go there. The online lessons that we are doing now are even worse because they physically can't help you but don't even try. I am aware that teaching is hard but the teachers at this school just don't even bother. The facilities are disgusting and we are forced to go outside during lunch times. The school is over a million pounds in debt (they have told us) but I'm not sure what they spent the money on. The only good thing about the school is the food.

"Do not recommend "

Offer little to no help for students with special needs, finds excuses to turn the bully into a victim and does not teach the National curriculum properly. They have double standards for children and will pick on certain ones but not others! The only reason my children are at this school is because it’s the only school within 10 miles!! They find excuses for everything because they have no money.
