"Prison!!"

If I could I would give this no stars, awful school, awful the way staff treat the pupils and generally comes across as worse than a prison! No wonder kids don't want to attend school when they are treated the way the staff think is acceptable to treat them, detentions for silly things, isolation for standing their ground and not backing down, all they want is robots for a conveyor belt not well rounded individuals. I am embarrassed to say my daughter attends here. Ofsted need to do something about it and actually employ people who care about the kids not just figures to look good on spreadsheets!!

"Awful School."

This school is an absolute joke. Terrible student support, they care more about attendance than the actual kids. Do not consider this school if you/your child are in need of additional support, because you won't get it. Kids ask for help and get turned away, and physical/mental needs are dismissed.

"Horrible school"

Kids at this school are not allowed their own opinion, everything has to be the teachers way or no way. It’s like a prison. Never send you’re child to this school if you ever want them to go anywhere in life
Both my kids come home hungry because there is never enough food to go round.

We've been absolutely thrilled with Bridlington School's emphasis on teamwork and respect - it's wonderful to see our children applying these values in their daily lives. The facilities are excellent, and we love the personal development programs they offer. Emily

"Bad School"

Hated it, teachers were awful and always preached mental health but never really did anything about it.

"Mixed feelings about our experience"

We had a good experience at Bridlington School, but there were some issues with communication between teachers and parents. The school's focus on mental health and wellbeing is excellent, but we felt that the extracurricular activities were limited. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not outstanding.

"it is what it is"

school isn’t actually that bad. some of the teachers don’t actually teach us anything tho and then expect us to do well in assessments exams etc. never really had any problems at the school and it’s not as bad as some people make it out to be. overall it could be better and could be worse

"Horrible, worst school I have ever been to!!!"

Shit. Absolutely horrible. They don’t care one single bit about your mental health, some of the teachers there treat females different to males. Can not control kids at all. Need to provide better food. Toilets stink horribly and look like they haven’t been cleaned in 7 years! The teachers don’t care about you at all. I thought my old school was bad but nothing compares to this absolutely garbage disposal of a school. You don’t have a clue how many people have had sex in the school toilets! It absolutely makes me feel sick to my stomach. The teachers act all nice to parents and visitors but they are nasty. This school should be closed down.
