Forest Academy

My experience at forest was genuinely horrible. While I valued the friends I made and a select few teachers, overall my experience was terrible. There’s no support for students who struggle and I was told that the school had ‘failed me’ in regards to supporting me. Do you have any disabilities or mental health issues? This school is one to avoid if so. You’ll age out before you see any quality support.

Where do I start, the forest academy wasn't just a school but it was a family to me that paved the way for me and shaped me to be who I am now. With the diversity the school had, it taught us how to respect others and prepared us for the real world. I used to go to two grammar schools for secondary school but there they brainwashed kids brains and turned them into robots that can only store high amounts of data in their heads, but not be able communicate and as a result be unable to adapt to the real world. Luckily enough for me, my eyes opened to this truth on time and I transferred my way to the forest academy. Unlike Ilford County High School there was more interaction and more bantering, this is a concept that grammar school truly lack, because it toughens the kids up and makes them ready to meet different people in life because the real world isn't rainbows and sunshine. My life at the forest academy was truly recommendable as it was surely the best time of my life whilst being the most important. Me and most of my friends got all grade nines due to the outstanding teachers , one of the best , Mr.O. After GCSEs I made one of my biggest mistakes I changed schools to Brampton manor academy, 'regarded' as one of the best sixth forms in London, but soon enough I found out my thoughts had to differ, because there was no socialisation, teachers were only suited for robots and no class mate communicated with one another, hence two days into that school I put a full stop to my journey at Brampton. At the time I hadn't declined the offer from NCS, hence I said I was ill the first two days and I made my way to one of London's best sixth form, but yet again I was encountered by another set of bots. So I decided to head back home, Forest Academy. later I gained four a stars there. My life was forest academy, even though being a multi millionaire at this day (touchwood) those days were the days.

in the toilets there were some stalls without doors for a while and now none of the flushes on the toilets work and their is never any toilet roll or soap. the lunch hall is always full and no one can ever get their lunch on time

Yet another failed Redbridge comp that was given a new name, however, remains as dreadful as ever.
Complete lack of pupil discipline. The kids run riot. Teachers scared of them.
Drug dealing and use on the school site.
Pupils tooled up with knives. Ignored by staff.
Lots of pupil bullying. School refuses to address this, denying it happens.
Constant fights between kids. teachers afraid to intervene.
Regular vandalism of staff and visitor cars. No action taken by school.
Low exam results.
Few permanent teachers. Very high staff turnover.
A very nasty Redbridge comp.

Forest Academy has been an excellent choice for our child. The teachers are supportive, the facilities are great, and the values they've instilled in our child are outstanding. We're so grateful to be a part of this community!

We've been really impressed with the staff at Forest Academy. They've created a wonderful learning environment that encourages our child to explore and have fun. The wrap-around care is also a huge bonus for us.

We have mixed feelings about our experience at Forest Academy. The teachers were generally supportive, but we felt that the curriculum was a bit too focused on standardized testing. The facilities were great, though, and our child made some good friends.
