Greenhead C of E Nursery & Primary is a growing, friendly and rural school located just off the A69, very close to the Roman Wall. We are lucky to be a part of the West Tyne Church Federation which is the family of Greenhead and Henshaw Schools. Our curriculum is broad, balanced and embedded around our four drivers of Wider World and Diversity, Christianity and Faith, Legacy and Making a Difference and Outdoor environment, Growing and Our Local Area.

"Mixed Feelings"
I'm still deciding whether Greenhead is the right fit for my family. On the one hand, the school's values and community spirit are attractive, and the staff seem genuinely invested in the kids' well-being. On the other hand, the facilities could be improved, and I've had some concerns about the school's handling of certain issues.

"Friendly and Inclusive"
We've had a great experience at Greenhead so far. The school's emphasis on kindness, forgiveness, and respect is something we're proud to see our children learn and live by. The teachers are approachable and responsive, and the after-school clubs are a great way to keep the kids active and engaged.

"Wonderful School Experience"
I'm so grateful to have found Greenhead C of E Primary School for my children. The staff are caring and supportive, and the values-driven approach to education is exactly what I want for my kids. The school's commitment to outdoor learning and community involvement is also a big plus.

"Well-rounded Education"
I was impressed by the breadth of subjects and activities offered at Greenhead - my child thrived in the arts, music, and sports programs, and the school's commitment to outdoor learning was a great bonus. While there were some minor issues with communication, the staff were generally very supportive.
