About Woodhouse Primary Academy
Woodhouse Primary Academy is a welcoming, happy and caring school for children aged 2-11, centered between Bishop Auckland town centre and Tindale Retail Park. We aim to instill in our children our core values of kindness and respect equipping them to travel our “pathway to success”, to become individuals who can make a positive contribution to the community in which they live and to society as a whole.

"Excellent School for Our Children!"
I am so impressed with Woodhouse Primary Academy. Our child has settled in well and we love the focus on kindness and respect. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the facilities are great. We're really pleased with the progress our child has made - thank you!

"A Great School with a Strong Ethos"
Woodhouse Primary Academy is an excellent school with a strong and supportive ethos. Our child has flourished here, and we're grateful for the opportunities they've had to learn and grow. The school's commitment to kindness, respect, and ambition is inspiring, and we feel lucky to be part of the Woodhouse Primary Academy community.

"Mixed Feelings"
We moved our child to Woodhouse Primary Academy a year ago, and while they've settled in, we've experienced some ups and downs. The staff are generally supportive, and we like the school's values and programs. However, there have been a few issues with communication, which has been frustrating. Overall, we're hopeful that the school will continue to improve.
