About Kitts Green Academy

Kitts Green Academy is a Primary and Key Stage 3 boys Special School situated in the eastern area of Birmingham. Pupils attend the school from across Birmingham and some other neighbouring local authorities. Our school educates boys who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

"A Mixed Bag"

I've had mixed feelings about Kitts Green Academy. On the one hand, the staff are passionate and dedicated, and my son seems to enjoy his time there. However, I've had some concerns about communication and the transition between classes. Overall, I think it's a good school, but I'd like to see some improvements.

"A Haven for Children with SEMH Needs"

Kitts Green Academy has been a game-changer for my son. The staff's approach to education and care is truly bespoke, and I've seen him thrive in ways I never thought possible. The school's focus on SEMH needs has given me peace of mind, knowing that he's in a place where he can receive the support he needs.

"A Safe and Happy Place for Children"

I'm proud to say that my son graduated from Kitts Green Academy a few years ago. The school's focus on providing a safe and happy environment has stayed with him to this day. The staff were always supportive and helped him to reach his full potential. I couldn't recommend the school enough.

"A Lifelong Learning Experience"

I've been thoroughly impressed with Kitts Green Academy. The staff are dedicated, and the facilities are top-notch. My son has grown so much, not just academically, but emotionally and socially too. He's developed a love for learning that I know will stay with him for life.
