"Very happy"

My oldest has now left Challoner, my youngest is in year 11, both started in nursery, my daughter who is currently there is very happy and enjoys going to school every day, the staff are really friendly and help if ever she struggles, it is a very nurturing school and has helped shape my children,

"It’s gone downhill"

I had both my children in Bishop Challoner school for years. When the head changed in 2022 it went downhill rapidly. Communication to parents went to near zero. And never anything back from the school office on any issues. I found out 3 weeks before my youngest was due to sit the entrance exam that they had changed the format but didn’t communicate that. Couldn’t fault the junior staff though who were brilliant but are not supported by any means by the SLT. The family feel ethos that the previous head had put in place has disappeared. My youngest now goes to a different school.
