About Two Bridges Academy

Two Bridges Academy is a specialist provision for pupils aged 2-19 years old who have severe learning disabilities (SLD) or profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). Pupils may have co-existing conditions such as autistic spectrum condition (ASC) or complex medical needs. The academy is due to open in September 2024, with phased entry over three years, eventually providing places for 112 pupils.

"Room for Improvement"

While the staff at Two Bridges Academy are friendly and dedicated, I've found the communication with teachers to be a bit lacking at times. The facilities are great, but the tours can get a bit overwhelming, especially for younger children. We've had some positive experiences, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of parent-teacher communication.

"A Home Away from Home"

Two Bridges Academy has been a lifesaver for my son. The staff are so caring and understanding, and the facilities are top-notch. The hydrotherapy pool has been a game-changer for his physical needs. We've seen a huge improvement in his overall well-being since he started attending.

"Exceptional Care"

As a parent, there's no greater joy than seeing your child thrive. Two Bridges Academy enabled my child to receive the support and care they needed, allowing them to reach their full potential. The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and truly believe in their values. We're forever grateful for the time our child spent at the academy.
