About Olympion School

Olympion is a private school group near Nicosia in Cyprus, founded in 2003. It serves nearly 450 pupils aged 6-18 across Elementary (added September 2024), Gymnasium and Lyceum stages, focused on mainstream Greek-language private education and preparation for the Cypriot Apolytirion. Recognised by the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture and known for innovative facilities including labs for robotics and astronomy, art studios with 3D printing, and extensive sports facilities. Acquired by the Globeducate group in September 2024.

"A Hidden Gem in Palaiometocho"

We have been pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Elliniki Scholi to Olympion. Our child has thrived in the supportive environment and the teachers are always approachable and willing to help. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is that the school could benefit from some upgrades in the infrastructure.

"Excellent Education and Extracurriculars"

We researched several schools in the area and chose Elliniki Scholi to Olympion because of its strong emphasis on Greek culture and language. Our child has excelled academically and has made many friends in the school's various clubs and sports teams. The teachers are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, and the school's commitment to community service is truly commendable.
