Vrije Basisschool - De Zonnebloem

I'm so grateful to have found De Zonnebloem for my children. The school's values of nieuwsgezindheid, zelfstandigheid, and respect really shine through in the way the teachers and staff interact with the kids. My child loves going to school every day and can't wait to see what they've learned when they get home.

We've been really impressed with the way De Zonnebloem encourages our child to think for themselves and take ownership of their learning. The school's emphasis on creativity, self-expression, and social skills is just what we want for our child. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that we've had some issues with communication with the teachers, but overall, we're very happy with the school.

My child attended De Zonnebloem for a few years, and while we had some positive experiences, we also encountered some challenges. The school's focus on diversity and inclusion is really commendable, but sometimes the teachers seemed to struggle with managing the classroom. We appreciated the school's approach to reading and literacy, but the homework load could be overwhelming at times.
