About 7^I.C.SIRACUSA COSTANZO

La scuola nasce, come Scuola Media, nel lontano 1943, nel quartiere di Ortigia, in Via Nome di Gesù, a Siracusa. Prende, inizialmente, il nome di Scuola Media Governativa, staccandosi dal Liceo Ginnasio Gargallo. Successivamente, nel 1956 viene chiamata Scuola Media G. A. Costanzo ed è intitolata al poeta e scrittore Giuseppe Aurelio Costanzo, nato a Melilli(SR), il 06 febbraio 1841.

"Some Good, Some Areas for Improvement"

We have been generally happy with the school, but there have been some issues with communication and organization. The school's initiatives, such as the Progetto solidale, are excellent, but we have had some concerns about the school's approach to homework and assessment.
