L’istituto “Pietro Carrera” di Militello in Val di Catania, diventato Omnicomprensivo a partire dall’a. s. 2021-22, è l’unico istituto collocato all’interno di un paese ricco di storia e riconosciuto dall’UNESCO come Patrimonio dell’Umanità, per lo stile Barocco presente nei suoi edifici.

"Fantastic teachers and great values in place"
We're really happy with the progress our child has made since starting at Pietro Carrera. The teachers are all so passionate about their subjects and it shows in the way they teach. We love the emphasis on creativity and critical thinking.

"Some mixed feelings about the school"
We've had a bit of a mixed experience with Pietro Carrera. The facilities are excellent and the teachers are mostly good, but we've had some issues with communication from the administration. We're hoping things will improve soon.

"Excellent school with wonderful facilities!"
I've been impressed with the new website and the efforts being made to engage with parents. My child loves the outdoor spaces and the variety of extracurricular activities available. We feel like we're part of a supportive community here.

"A school that truly cares"
My child attended Pietro Carrera for three years and it was an excellent experience. The staff were always approachable and willing to help. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on community service and volunteering.
