About The Palmer Primary Academy

The Palmer Academy is a two form entry school for children aged three to eleven, serving the children and families of Whitley, Reading and the surrounding area. We are committed to inspiring the futures of the children we serve through a creative, inclusive and relevant curriculum which enables and encourages them to question the world around them and be curious learners.

"Excellent School Experience"

I'm so grateful to have found The Palmer Primary Academy for my child. The staff and teachers are dedicated, caring, and genuinely invested in every child's growth and learning. The academy's commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and community values resonates deeply with me.

"Generally Satisfied, but Room for Improvement"

I've been pleased with my child's progress at The Palmer Academy, and the teachers have been supportive. However, I sometimes feel that the school could do more to involve parents in the decision-making process. The facilities are great, but I've noticed some maintenance issues that need attention.

"Nurturing Environment for Young Minds"

As a former parent, I can confidently say that The Palmer Academy provided an exceptional education for my child.
