South Lake Primary School

I've been so impressed with the way South Lake Primary has welcomed my child and encouraged them to grow in confidence. The values of respect and kindness are truly evident in everything the school does, and the emphasis on Afro-textured hair is amazing. I've also been grateful for the support with school uniform costs - it's a small thing, but it makes a big difference.

I love taking my child to South Lake - the staff are always smiling and welcoming, and the atmosphere is really positive. My child has settled in quickly and is making lots of friends. I also appreciate the effort the school puts into supporting families with school uniform costs - it's a big help.

I was really happy with the education my two children received at South Lake. The curriculum was engaging and well-structured, and the teachers were always supportive and approachable. I especially appreciated the emphasis on oracy and the opportunities for outdoor learning in the Forest School program. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the school uniform can sometimes be a bit tricky to navigate, but overall I'm very pleased.
