About New Town Primary School

New Town Primary School is a very special place where we believe all of our children, whatever their background, have a right to a fantastic education and to shine as young people. Our school is proud to be a safe haven for the children of New Town, and we are very lucky to be located next to the canal in beautiful Victorian buildings, filled with light, space and love and where opportunities abound.

"Wonderful School with Great Facilities"

My child has settled in so well at New Town Primary School. The facilities are amazing and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I love the emphasis on sustainability and climate change - it's something we're trying to teach our children about at home too.

"Excellent Education and Values"

We have been really impressed with the education and values that our children are receiving at New Town Primary School. The teachers are knowledgeable and passionate, and the pastoral care is outstanding. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful school for our children.

"Best School Ever!"

My children have thrived at New Town Primary School. The facilities are lovely and the staff are so caring and supportive. We love the emphasis on kindness, inclusivity and love - it's exactly what our children need to grow and develop as individuals.

"Good School, but Could Improve Communication"

We had a good experience at New Town Primary School while our child was there. The education was good and the teachers were supportive. However, I sometimes felt that the school didn't communicate well with parents, especially about important events and issues.
