Our school is a home for children, who we see as strong flexible reeds: flexible and full of strength, dancing with the wind and shining above the water. We give the children space to grow, to play and to learn in an environment where they can develop into who they really are.

"Wonderful community and nurturing environment"
We've had a wonderful experience at De Biesweide. The school's emphasis on 'zin in leren' and 'zin in leven' really resonates with us. The teachers are supportive and passionate about their work, and the extracurricular activities are diverse and engaging.

"A school that truly cares"
We were drawn to De Biesweide's commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children. The school's use of the ZILL curriculum has been particularly impressive, and we've seen our child thrive in this structured yet flexible approach.

"Mixed experience"
While our experience at De Biesweide was generally positive, we felt that the school could benefit from more consistent communication with parents. The facilities are lovely, and the staff is friendly, but we sometimes struggled to get a clear picture of what was happening in the classroom.
