Vrije Basisschool - Sint-Calasanz

My child has been at Sint-Calasanz for 5 years and we can't speak highly enough of the school. The facilities are top-notch and the staff are always approachable and supportive. The value of the school's motto ' Respect, Responsibility, Empathy' is evident in every aspect of the curriculum and daily life. We feel very lucky to have our child here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great education.

We chose Sint-Calasanz for our daughter because of its focus on the whole child and its commitment to social-emotional learning. The school's partnership with Ferm for before- and after-school care has been a game-changer for us. The teachers are passionate and dedicated, and the school's emphasis on respect, responsibility, and empathy has really helped our daughter develop into a kind and confident young person.

Our family was part of the Sint-Calasanz community for three years, and while we enjoyed many positive experiences, we did encounter some challenges. On the one hand, the school's commitment to personalized learning and its use of Schoolware were really beneficial for our child. On the other hand, we sometimes felt that communication with teachers was not as smooth as it could be. Overall, we're grateful for the education our child received, but we wouldn't rate the school as highly as some of our friends have.
