About Gemeentelijke Basisschool - De Zonnevlier
De gemeentelijke basisschool van Sint-Lievens-Houtem bestaat uit twee afdelingen: de kleuterschool in Zonnegem en de lagere school in Vlierzele, samen vormen wij GBS De Zonnevlier. Wij bieden de kinderen de kans om in een landelijke, groene omgeving in een sfeer van vertrouwen en gemoedelijkheid te groeien en zich ten volle te ontplooien.

"Love the Outdoor Activities"
Our child loves going to De Zonnevlier. The school's outdoor programs, such as the school garden and animal care, have been amazing for their development. The teachers are also very supportive.

"Excellent All-Round School"
We're extremely happy with De Zonnevlier. Our child has thrived in the warm and welcoming environment. The school's focus on nature, technology, and social skills has been particularly impressive.

"Good, but some areas for improvement"
We had a good experience at De Zonnevlier, but there were some issues with communication and inconsistent policies. The school's efforts to promote environmental awareness were notable, though.
