Vrije Basisschool - Aan de Basis

We've been part of the Aan de Basis community for over a year now, and I must say, it's been an incredible journey. The school's focus on creativity, eco-friendliness, and inclusivity resonates deeply with us. Our child adores the 'kangoeroeklas' program and looks forward to the fun activities every day.

We moved to Lanaken a few years ago, and our daughter joined Aan de Basis in kindergarten. The school's emphasis on music, sports, and social skills helped her develop into a confident and well-rounded individual. We're grateful for the wonderful teachers and the safe, supportive environment they created.

We've had a decent experience with Aan de Basis so far, but there are a few areas that could be improved. While we appreciate the school's commitment to eco-friendliness and community service, we feel that the communication between teachers and parents could be better. Our child enjoys the 'fruit project' and the weekly music sessions, but sometimes feels overwhelmed by the workload.
