"A good experience so far"

While our child is still young, we've noticed a lot of positives about the school. The teachers seem to care and the school is well-organized. However, we're not sure about the homework load yet and wish there were more extracurricular activities for our child's age group.

"A great choice for our family"

We were impressed by the school's commitment to social responsibility and the way they incorporate this into the curriculum. Our son is enjoying the outdoor learning activities and the teachers are very supportive. We feel lucky to have found this school.

"An amazing school!"

We moved to Gent from the UK and I was worried about finding a school for our little one. But Vrije Basisschool - Sint-Janscollege - Oude Bareel has been an absolute delight. The facilities are great, the teachers are caring, and the values they teach are wonderful. Our daughter loves going to school and is thriving.

"A school that truly cares"

I have such fond memories of my time at Sint-Janscollege Basisschool Oude Bareel. The school's focus on emotional intelligence and social responsibility really resonated with me. My children thrived there and I credit the school with helping them become confident, compassionate people.
