De Pit is een school die opteert voor een open pedagogisch project, waarin de inbreng van de kinderen centraal staat. Kinderen krijgen de gelegenheid om eigen ideeën uit te werken. Elk van onze kinderen heeft een rugzak, waarbij we hen stimuleren om deze te vullen, zodat ze uitgroeien tot creatieve, kritische, bewogen, respectvolle en geëngageerde persoonlijkheden.

"A Fantastic School Experience!"
We've been at De Pit for 4 years now and it's been an absolute delight. The teachers are caring, the facilities are excellent and the values they instill in the children are fantastic. My child is thriving and I couldn't be happier.

"A Great Foundation for Life"
We moved our child to De Pit 2 years ago and it's been a great decision. The Freinet pedagogy really works and our child has developed a love of learning that will stay with them forever. The school's emphasis on social responsibility and community is also wonderful to see.

"Some Positive and Negative Experiences"
We've been at De Pit for a year now and while there have been some ups and downs, I do think it's a good school. The facilities are modern and the teachers are generally kind and supportive. However, I do think the school could do more to engage with parents and keep them informed about what's going on.
